1st Grade Church Tour

This morning SJS 1st graders enjoyed a fun and informative tour of Saint James Church with Father Jaime to learn about different things we see when we attend Mass.  We love this special tradition for our 1st grade students!

Blessing of the (Stuffed) Animals

Today our classes are talking about St. Francis of Assisi in honor of his Feast Day (October 4th). Pre-K and Kindergarten students also enjoyed a special blessing of their (stuffed) animals with Deacon Lee from St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish.

Pre-K4 Apple Fun

We have been learning all about apples in Pre-K4 this week! Today students enjoyed apple songs, an apple taste test, an apple scavenger hunt, and did an experiment to see if apples (and a few other items) would float or sink. Great job Sabers!
