2020-2021 Tuition Rates (K-8)
Saint James School is pleased to offer the most simple tuition policy for our families. The tuition noted below is what you pay for your child(ren)’s education at Saint James School. There are no mandatory fundraising thresholds, no additional text book fees, no fees for field trips, and no parent volunteer requirements on top of our stated tuition rates:
*Tuition Categories – To qualify for the “Catholic Parishioner” tuition rate, you must complete the Parish Affiliation Form. This form must be signed by your pastor. If you do not submit a signed Parish Affiliation Form, you will be charged the “Non-Affiliated” tuition rate.
Half-Day Kindergarten is available if desired. The cost is $4,395.
At the time of registration, a $200 registration fee per family must be paid directly to Saint James School. This fee is non-refundable; however, it will be applied towards your tuition for the school year. The remainder of the tuition must be paid online through the FACTS Tuition Management program. Families have three payment plans available for tuition:
- Single Payment – due in August
- Two Payments – due in August & February
- Ten Payments – due monthly beginning in August
Extended Day Program
The Saint James School Extended Day Program is available to provide before-school and after-school care for children attending Saint James School.
A limited amount of tuition assistance is available for qualifying families with a child/children in the Saint James School Kindergarten – Grade 8 program. The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program is used to assess all tuition assistance requests. Once a student has been accepted and registered in Saint James School and a FACTS tuition account has been created, families may apply for assistance by going to their FACTS account and following the link to FACTS Grant and Aid.
