2) A $5.00 admittance fee per student;

TODAY: Christmas Pie Pick-up

As a reminder, if you placed an order with our Grandma’s Gourmet Country Pies fundraiser, pick-up will take place outside the main school breezeway today – Wednesday, December 14th – from 1:30pm – 2:30pm.  These will be frozen pies so it’s important that you stop over and grab yours as we won’t have room to store them.

For families with students going to aftercare today, pies will be left in the cafeteria for you to take home.

If you have any questions, please email HSA@SaintJamesSchool.net.

Thank you again for supporting Saint James School!

Last Call: Drama Club Interest? (Gr. 6-8)

We are excited to announce that one of our parents has volunteered to organize and run a Spring Drama Club production for SJS students in Grades 6-8 this year. To help make this happen for our students, however, we will need 3 additional parent volunteers who can be present at Friday rehearsals to assist with organizing students, running lines, etc.

At the same time, we are looking to gauge interest among our students.  Rehearsals would be Friday afternoons starting in January from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.  If you think your student(s) might be interested, please speak with them to be sure before filling out this form.  (And, please note there will be a participation fee to help cover costs).  If you are willing to help on Friday afternoons, please note that in this form as well.  https://forms.gle/5wMVgep4KP9qhX8n6

The actual performance will take place sometime in May.

2nd Grade STEM Club

STEM Club will be held on Monday, December 19 for students in Grade 2.  If your child would like to attend, please complete the permission form below.
