Dismissal in Pre-K Lot Today

Just a heads up that dismissal for walkers will take place in the lot between the main school and the Pre-Kindergarten facility today.

8th Grade Videos

Several of the 8th grade parents asked for a copy of the video shown at the banquet last week.  You can view a copy of the video here: https://youtu.be/3qlTPl8tmb8

While the videos will remain on YouTube for some time, if you would like a permanent copy of the Clap Out, Talent Show, and/or Banquet Video (or any of the pictures of the graduates taken on their last day), please contact Mrs. McNamara (kmcnamara@saintjamesschool.net) or Mrs. Guenther (aguenther@saintjamesschool.net).  The videos are quite large and you will need to provide us with a flash drive (they cannot be e-mailed).

Mom’s Night Out

The HSA would like to offer a huge “thank you” to Lucky Taco for hosting Mom’s Night Out last night and for generously providing delicious appetizers for the group!  It was a fun way for everyone to come together and share some laughs.

Attention Choir Parents

Parents of students who will be singing in the church choir tonight at 8th grade graduation, please note that you may either drop your student off (for approximately 45 minutes) or sit in the lower church hall (downstairs) during tonight’s graduation ceremony.  Only family and guests of the graduating 8th graders should be upstairs in the church this evening during the graduation since it is always standing room only and we want to ensure enough room.  Thank you for your understanding!

IMPORTANT: Afternoon Pick-up Monday

Please note, parents are not allowed to park in St. Mary Episcopal Church’s lot at dismissal today (Monday).  St. Mary’s has called to inform us that there will be a funeral and they need to make sure the lot is available for people attending the funeral Mass.

We appreciate your attention to this matter so that we do not jeopardize St. Mary’s generosity in allowing our parents to utilize their parking lot.
