Survey Thank You

Thank you again to all of our families who took the time to fill out our recent SJS parent survey(s).  Mrs. Kanute, Father Cavanaugh, and our school board chair  (Nicholas Roy) have read through all the comments and feedback and are grateful for your time and input.  We have been summarizing the items commonly mentioned in the survey feedback and will be working on action items where appropriate.  Thank you again for your dedication to helping us make Saint James School a great place for our kids to grow and learn!

Parking in the Pre-K Staff Lot

Parents with pre-kindergarten students:  If you are parking in the staff lot by the pre-kindergarten in the morning, please do not block the dumpsters or the entrance to the sidewalk from the lot.  Thank you.

Happy Valentines Day!

Lots of Valentine’s Day crafts, artwork, and parties going on this afternoon, as well as (of course) some educational lessons on Saint Valentine himself (click pictures to enlarge).  Happy Valentine’s Day to all our SJS families and friends!

Important Notice

Due to the amount of students absent with illnesses over the last few weeks, we have decided to shut down the water fountains in the school to help prevent the spread of germs.  We have also been taking extra measures to thoroughly clean desks, door handles, railings etc.

Since the water fountains will not be available for the foreseeable future, please advise your child(ren) to make sure they have a full water bottle for school each day.  They will be given opportunities to drink throughout the day.

If you think your child may be missing items, please stop by the lost and found table in the breezeway hall at drop off or pickup this week (click pictures to enlarge).
