2019 Saint James School Soirée: March 23, 2019

The annual Saint James School Soirée & Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year and a great adults-only event to celebrate the awesome community we share while raising money for our great school!  The event will take place on Saturday, March 23rd from 7:00pm – 11:30pm, in what we are calling The Saber’s Den (our school’s gymnasium, transformed for the event).

In keeping with tradition, attendees of the Soirée will have the option to participate in the live and/or silent auctions and bid on items from class baskets to priority seating at 8th grade graduation to a ride to school in a fire truck – with all proceeds benefiting Saint James School. There will be delicious food from Highland Park Market, a cash bar, DJ/dancing, and generally just A WHOLE LOT of fun!

Invitations and RSVP cards for the Soirée were sent home with students.

RSVPs are due by March 8th.

If you would like to volunteer at the event or want to donate an auction item or help us solicit donations, please contact Erin Daley at erindaley6416@gmail.com or send a copy of the completed 2019 Soiree Donation Form to the main office.  If you or someone you know would like to advertise their business (or send well wishes to your child’s class, etc.) advertising and sponsorship information can be found HERE.
