Reminder: Racial Healing – Join The Conversation
Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish will be hosting a talk via Zoom on Wednesday, March 8th at 6:30pm entitled Racial Healing Conversations. The session will lead off with a short TedTalk by Dr. Candis Watts Smith, currently a professor at Penn State. This program is just one of the social ministries of our parish, designed to help us be better friends, neighbors, and disciples of Christ. All SJS parents are welcome to attend.

Trimester II Ends Friday
A reminder that our 2nd trimester ends this Friday, March 10th. Report Cards will be sent home with students on Friday, March 17th.
End of Year Update
As we get ready to close out the 2nd trimester, we wanted to share some updates and reminders for the end of the school year. Please mark your calendars (the SJS app calendar has been updated accordingly as well to reflect the one snow day thus far):
June 2nd: Gr. 8 Last Day of School (early dismissal day for Gr. 8 only)
June 2nd: Gr. 8 Graduation (7:00pm, St. James Church)
June 9th: All Pre-K Last Day of School
June 9th: Pre-K4 Stepping Up Ceremony (morning event)
June 12th: Full Day of School for Gr. K – 7
June 13th: Kindergarten Celebration (morning event)
June 13th: 12:05pm dismissal day for Gr. 1 – 7; Aftercare is in session
June 14th: 12:05pm dismissal day & Last day of school for Gr. 1 – 7; Aftercare is in session
Above dates (with the exception of Grade 8 last day/graduation) are subject to change if we incur additional snow days.
Details for above activities will be sent to families closer to the end of school.
Chess Club – Corrected Form
The Spring Chess Club form sent home yesterday had incorrect dates for the sessions – a corrected form is below (if you already sent it in for your student, no need to send a new form – please just make note of the correct dates).

Last Call: SJS Moms Night Out!
The Saint James School HSA invites all SJS moms (and grandmothers) to join us for a fun evening at The Firestone Art Studio and Cafe in Manchester on March 7th.
