Celebrating Dr. Seuss' Birthday
/in St. James Notices /by jonesenYesterday, students celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Read Across America in many different ways. Pictures from yesterday and earlier in the week can be found below.
Saint James is also extending our special Dr. Seuss’ inspired celebration of reading for the whole month of March with our “Hats Off to Reading Contest” for grades K-6th and the “One Fish, Two Fish” contest that Mrs. Carpenter is running in the school library.
Mrs. Sabatella has also been working with students in the lower grades on drawing different Dr. Seuss characters during a special cross-curricular art program she is spearheading.
