Summer Camp

The kids are having an awesome first week at the new Saint James School Summer Camp! Here are pictures of our “happy campers” enjoying fun summer-time games, crafts, and activities with several SJS teachers and extended day staff members.

Reminder: SJS 2017 Annual Fund Campaign

Several weeks ago all parents, guardians, alumni, staff, and other friends of the school should have received a letter from Mrs. Kanute (along with the Spring SJS Community Newsletter) kicking off our 2017 Annual Fund Campaign.  Annual Fund donations provide our school with funding for much-needed capital improvement projects that are not covered by tuition or supported by the SJS Foundation.  This year, donations will help defray the cost of replacing another section of the school’s time-worn windows (in the cafeteria/gym wing of the school).

For those families and friends who have already donated, Thank You again for your support!!  With your generosity, we are already over 35% of the way to our goal in just the first few weeks!

If you have not yet made a (tax-deductible) donation, we hope that you will consider helping Saint James School stay strong for the future by making a contribution today.  Every donation – of every size – makes a difference!

Please visit www.saintjamesschool.net/annualfund to learn more and track our school’s progress toward our goal.

As always, we are very grateful for the ongoing, generous support of our wonderful school!

Pick-up Today

Pick-up today for our “walkers” group (12:05pm) will be in the parking lot between the main school and the Pre-K.

Tomorrow (last day of school) is also 12:05pm dismissal.  Students going to aftercare tomorrow will need a lunch from home.

Uniforms for Tomorrow

Tomorrow students will be attending church at 9:15am to commemorate the last day of school – all students should be in their REGULAR uniform tomorrow (no gym uniforms).  All SJS parents/grandparents are welcome to attend.

Last Day Hurray Coffee

The HSA is hosting a “Last Day Hurray” coffee hour for parents on the last day of school.  Please join us outside the breezeway at morning drop-off on June 16 for some coffee and socializing as we wrap up another great school year.  Whether you can stay for just a few minutes or an hour, we’d love to see you!

Summer Hours

Please be advised, the Saint James School main office will be staffed Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 1:00pm during the summer.  Our Tuition Manager, Denise Mayo, will be in her office from 9:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday (with the exception of July 20 – July 30).

Field Day 2017!

It was a beautiful day for Field Day today!  Special thanks to Mrs. Reilly for chairing this event and to all the parent volunteers (and our 7th grade students) for their help running all the stations!
