The store will close on December 3rd and we anticipate all items will be available before Christmas recess.
Please note:
* Students playing basketball may wear the basketball Cross Hoodie, Limitless Pants, and Limitless Zip on gym days (along with their gray gym uniform shirt from Lands End or Dennis Uniforms). The t-shirts may be worn to school on dress down days only.
* Students on the cheer team may wear the Cheer sweatshirt to school on gym days (over the gray gym uniform shirt from Lands End or Dennis Uniforms). The t-shirt may be worn to school on dress down days only.
* All students may wear the SJS Center Hoodie to school on gym days (over the gray gym uniform shirt from Lands End or Dennis Uniforms). The t-shirt may be worn to school on dress down days only.
* The Electrify Basketball Long Sleeve with custom last name of back is the warm up shirt for our varsity players. Coaches will let parents know if they need to order a Mesh Reversible Jersey (used for scrimmages at practice).
Items purchased can be shipped to SJS for pick-up at no charge (we will send an email when items are available to pick-up).

Red Envelopes Coming Home Today
/in Uncategorized /by Saint James SchoolPlease be sure to look for the RED Christmas Store Envelope in your child’s backpack today. For younger students especially (pre-k – gr. 4), please complete the wish list on the front of the envelope if your child will be participating on Wednesday. Parent volunteers will be on hand to help the younger children select items within their budget.
On Wednesday, December 4th Each grade, including Pre-K, will have an opportunity to shop for immediate family and pets during school hours. There will be a wide variety of items for students to select from, with prices ranging anywhere from $1.00 and $10.00 (majority of items in the $4-$5 range). Due to the number of students that will be shopping, purchases should be limited to immediate family only (parents, siblings, and pets).
All students that will be shopping on Wednesday should bring their money to school in the red envelope provided.
Thank you to the SJS HSA for once again hosting this fun, annual tradition!

On behalf of the Saint James School staff and faculty, I want to wish all of our families a blessed Thanksgiving. We are thankful for you and the support you give to our school community!
As you celebrate Thanksgiving this year, please keep in your prayers those that may be facing hardship as well as those that are serving our country and cannot be home with their loved ones.
Enjoy the long holiday weekend with your family and we will look forward to seeing you back at school on Monday, December 2nd.

Thanksgiving Mass
/in St. James Notices /by Saint James SchoolToday our 1st through 8th graders celebrated Mass with Father Matt in preparation for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you to our 7th graders for hosting, our choir for sharing their beautiful voices, and to all our older students who served as “buddies” to the younger grades. It is always beautiful to witness our community coming together in prayer to thank God for his many blessings.
IMPORTANT: 11:00am Dismissal Tomorrow

Because of the earlier dismissal time, we will NOT have hot lunch on this day. Aftercare will be in session beginning at 11:00am – ALL students going to Aftercare on this day will need to bring a lunch from home.
Also, because of the earlier dismissal, we WILL have all of our buses available on Wednesday (not the combined bus schedule).
