A huge thank you to all the families that shopped at our 2021 Scholastic Book Fair! Together we raised approximately $5,000 for our school library and our classrooms!! We are so grateful for the support!
AND, we are excited to announce that 4th Grade won the Extra Change Dress Down Day Contest (note: 4th grade teachers will let their students know which day the dress down will occur). The book raffle winners and free poster winners were also announced (over the intercom) this afternoon by Mrs. Zorger.
If you did not have a chance to order books and would like to do so (or would like to purchase additional items), our ONLINE ORDERING LINK (click to open) will be active until October 17th.
We would like to once again thank Mrs. Poth for volunteering to chair this event for us, and for all the time and energy she put into making it a huge success. And, of course, all the parent and grandparent volunteers who helped with setup and running our book fair this week – Thank You!!

Attention Cross Country Runners
/in Uncategorized /by Saint James SchoolAs a reminder, our cross country team will have their first meet of the season (since last week’s Illing meet was rained out) at Vernon Center Middle School on Thursday, October 14th. Parents should have their runner at the school for 3:15pm to stretch and walk the course with Coach O’Neill.

This year the town requested that Scarecrows be designed with the theme “Undercover Heroes” in mind, and we – of course – wanted to recognize/honor one of our favorites – our teachers! Kindergarten Intro to Coding
