2014-2015 Registration Forms

Just a reminder that registration paperwork for the 2014-2015 school year is now due back to the office.  If you will not be returning next year, please fill out the top page of the registration packet (or call Mrs. Kanute) to let the school know.  We sincerely appreciate your assistance in getting the paperwork to us in a timely manner so we can move forward with planning for 2014-2015.
