Outside Play Following Dismissal

While we are very happy to provide a space for students to socialize and play before heading home, if your family chooses to remain on school grounds after dismissal for students to play in the grassy area or on the blacktop, the person who picks up the child from the teacher is solely responsible for monitoring behavior.

There have been a couple incidents in which students are not keeping their hands to themselves and creating an unsafe environment.  The school cannot assume responsibility after children are released to their caregiver.

Please monitor behavior and address any unsafe situations. Please share with anyone that picks up your child if this is something that would impact them.
