Important FACTS Account Information

Earlier this year Saint James School announced that we would change our Student Information System from Educonnect to FACTS (the company that processes our school’s tuition payments).  We started this transition in February by having each family create a FACTS Family Portal account to register their child/ren for Fall 2024.

This week, we will complete another step in the integration process whereby your FACTS tuition account will become accessible only through your FACTS Family Portal login;  Up until this point, families had two separate logins – one for the Family Portal and one for Tuition.

Please note the following:

*FACTS will be unavailable from 2:00pm today until 8:00am tomorrow morning.  At that time, it will become available through your Family Portal Login.

*Only the person who has the FACTS account in their name will be able to access it through the portal.

*You will no longer access student’s homework and test scores through the Educonnect portal (Grades 4 – 8).  Information will be sent once school starts about accessing this information through the new FACTS Family Portal.

*For families that typically apply for Financial Aid, it is important to note that you WILL still need your FACTS Financial Log In to apply for Grant & Aid next year.  The only time you will need this log in is to apply for tuition assistance.
