Girls Basketball Important Info
There will be an Open Gym (fun drills, free shooting, etc.) for 6th – 8th grade girls who have registered to play SJS Basketball this season on Wednesday, October 18th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
An Open Gym for girls in grades 4 – 6 will be held this Friday 10/13, from 2:05pm – 4:00pm; and on 10/24 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm.
These sessions are not mandatory but are a great way for students to begin warming up their basketball skills for the season. Students must have all required basketball paperwork on file with the school to participate (Basketball registration form, health form, fees paid).
There will be a Parent Meeting for all girls playing basketball this season (grades 4 – 8) on Wednesday October 18th from 7pm to 7:45 pm in School Cafeteria.
**Varsity Girls Basketball Tryouts (6th – 8th Graders) will be held on Monday, November 6th and Tuesday, November 7th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
