Form Return Reminder
If you have not already done so, please remember to complete the following and return them to the school office on Monday via your child’s school folder:
- SJS Event Sign Up Form and HSA Executive Board Form (if applicable). For more information please reference this post on our website from August 29th.
- Corrections on your family’s “Family Information Sheet” – sent home yesterday. This shows the information listed in our school’s computer system for your family. Please look it over, make any corrections, and return it to the school by Monday, September 8th. If you have no changes or updates, please note “No Changes” on the form and return it.
- Please review the Saint James School 2014-2015 Parent/Student Handbook and return a signed copy of the last page.
