HSA Meeting

The Saint James School HSA will hold its April meeting this evening at 6:00pm in the school cafeteria.  We hope to see you there!

End of Year Updates/Reminders

The last day of the 2022-2023 school year for our 1st – 7th grade students is June 14th (reflecting our one snow day).

For all other grades, the last day of school will be as follows:

Grade 8 Graduation:  June 2nd

Pre-K Stepping Up: June 9th

Kindergarten Celebration:  June 13th

Additional details will be sent out via email as we get closer to these exciting milestones.

Please note that June 12th, 13th, and 14th will all be 12:05pm dismissal days (aftercare will be in session).

 

Last Call: Yearbook Orders

Today (Monday, 4/3) is the deadline to order.   Please note that we will NOT be purchasing extra yearbooks for sale after today.

It is time to order your SJS 2022-2023 Yearbook!

Yearbooks can be ordered online by visiting YBpay.lifetouch.com. Our school code is 9708623.

Alternatively, you can print an order form and send payment (cash or check payable to St. James School) to the school office.  Order form:  22-23 Yearbook Order Form

Books cost $25 each and will be handed out at the end of the school year. All orders are due by April 3. If you order multiple copies, the 1st copy is $25 and each additional book is $20. To receive this special discount, you must print an order form and send payment into the school office. The discount cannot be received online.

Please note: All 8th graders will receive a complimentary copy of the yearbook so there is no need to order one for your 8th grader.

Last Call: SJS Family Day at the Yard Goats!

Please RSVP by tomorrow (Tuesday) if you will be joining us.

The Saint James School HSA invites families to join us for a Yard Goats game on Sunday, April 23 at 1:00pm at Dunkin’ Donuts Park, where the Yard Goats will host the Mets’ affiliate team the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.  Tickets are $12.00 a piece and space is limited.  Please use this flyer to RSVP for this fun outing!

Due Wednesday: Roaring Twenties Ads/Sponsorships

Please be advised, if you would like to purchase ad space in our Roaring Twenties Gala Commemorative Program (this can be a special “shout out” from your family or a business ad/sponsorship), please note that the FINAL deadline to have payment and artwork submitted is this Wednesday (4/5).

Reminder: Munson’s Fundraiser Pick-up is Monday

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Munson’s Fundraiser.  Please make note that orders will be available for pick-up in the gym this coming Monday, April 3rd from 2:00pm – 2:30pm.  For students going to aftercare that day, items will be brought down to the cafeteria after 2:15pm.

Father Jaime Visits Gr. 3

Our 3rd graders loved having Father Jaime visit to talk (and answer questions) about Jesus’ death and Resurrection as part of today’s religion lesson.
