As a reminder, Saint James School will be closed for Spring Recess next week:  April 8th – 12th.  The SJS main office (only) will be open on Monday and Tuesday (4/8 and 4/9) from 8:00am – 2:00pm.  The main office will be closed for the remainder of vacation week.

When we return from break on April 15th, SJS students may resume wearing their warm weather uniform items (for middle school boys: please remember the uniform polo is worn with tan shorts only. For middle school boys that still wish to continue wearing tan pants, they must also wear the shirt and tie on those days).

Saint James School and the Knights of Columbus Council invite students to participate in this year’s “Christ is Risen” poster contest.

The contest is intended to make our youth think about the importance of the resurrection, to provide an opportunity for families to discuss the resurrection, and to provide students an opportunity through their artwork to express what they envision when they hear “Christ is Risen”.

The link below has poster/student rules and the entry form (copies are also available in the SJS main office if needed).  We are excited to see what amazing artwork our students submit this year!

Completed posters and copies of the above entry form (signed by both student and parent) must be in the SJS main office by April 5th.

Practice for our Saint James School Soccer teams will start on Wednesday April 10 and games will start on Saturday April 13.  Coaches will be emailing player families with more specific instructions within the next week or so.

Please note – we still need a coach or two for our 3rd grade team.  Please reach out to Mr. Green (cgreen@saintjamesschool.net) asap if you are willing to help so this team can kick off the season on time (no prior experience needed!).

We still have a few students missing their SJS Athletics Health Form (signed by their doctor).  These students cannot begin practice/play until we receive it.
