Wednesday: Fall Fundraiser (Cherrydale) Pickups & Volunteers Needed

Thank you to everyone who supported our school by participating in the Cherrydale fundraiser!  Cherrydale orders will be available for pick up in the school gym next Wednesday, Nov. 20, at dismissal. If there are frozen items in your order they need to be picked up promptly as we are not able to keep them frozen at school. If you have any questions, please email Kate Davis at 70greenbean@sbcglobal.net.

We are still in need of volunteers to help sort the orders when they arrive on the 20th. If you can help any time between 8-2 on the 20th, please email Kate Davis at the above address. Thank you!

Trimester 1 Ends Tomorrow

Reminder: Christmas Store Volunteers Needed

‘Tis the season to begin planning our 2019 Christmas Store, where our students can shop for special gifts to give to their family and pets on Christmas morning.

We are in need of numerous parent volunteers to help with set-up on the evening of December 10th as well as throughout the school day on Wednesday, December 11th to help our students with shopping and the check-out process.

If you are able to help, please reach out to our event chair, parent volunteer Megan Hunt, at meganhunt727@gmail.com (must have completed our background check and VIRTUS training to volunteer during the school day).

Discovering Today’s Catholic Schools

This week Catholic schools across the area have been celebrating Discover Catholic Schools in New England week, a time to encourage and inspire people to learn more about their local Catholic schools.

As such, we have been capturing footage of our students in various classes, to give prospective families a glimpse of what it’s like to be a Saint James School Student in today’s day and age. We hope you enjoy our short compilation (including some great new aerial footage at the end).

We have also posted the video on our FACEBOOK PAGE and website and hope that you will share it with your Facebook family and friends.
