2019 Annual Fund Update & Thank You

As the calendar year draws to a close, we wish to extend a special Thank You to all the members of the Saint James community who have generously supported our 2019 Annual Fund Campaign! To date, we have raised $37,802 thanks to strong participation from our SJS parents, grandparents, alumni, parishioners, and other friends of the school.

As previously noted, this year’s donations are helping offset the substantial cost of replacing the roof on the school’s Pre-Kindergarten building, (pictured), which is over 50 years old!

Annual fund donations, which come directly to our school, have helped us make many critical improvements in recent years such as bright, energy-efficient windows in the majority of our school and new energy-efficient roofs over our classrooms, breezeway, gymnasium/cafeteria wing, and now the Pre-Kindergarten roof this coming summer. The impact of these improvements on our school facility has been significant and we thank you for your support.

If you have not yet made a (tax-deductible) donation to the Saint James School 2019 Annual Fund Campaign, we hope that you will consider helping Saint James School stay strong for the future by making a contribution today. Every donation makes a difference!

Please visit www.saintjamesschool.net/annualfund for more information and to make an on-line donation.  Or, look for the donation card and reply envelope sent home with our Fall 2019 Community Newsletter.

Thank you again for all you do to support our great school!

If your child will be shopping tomorrow for family members, send your child to school with:

1) CASH ONLY in an envelope with the child’s name on it

2) A Reusable Shopping Bag

3) A list of who to buy for

Please remember there is a $25 spending cap per child for the first shopping visit (if items remain and students wish to purchase more, they will be allowed to go back at the end of the day).

The annual SJS Christmas store will be held at Saint James School this coming Wednesday, December 11th!  Students will be bringing home today or tomorrow a Christmas Store informational flyer and a special form/envelope to fill out with who they will be shopping for.  Please return that list with your student and CASH on Wednesday.  Parent volunteers will be on hand to help the younger children.
