Congratulations “Hats Off” Contest Winners
Congratulations to our 2nd graders and our 4th graders for winning the “Hats Off To Reading” contest (in honor of Dr. Seuss) that ended yesterday. Our 2nd graders logged 251 books and our 4th graders logged 162 books! Here are some of our 4th & 2nd graders who love reading! Nice job Sabers!
Hat’s Off To Reading Contest Ends Tomorrow!
As a reminder, the Hat’s Off To Reading Contest (for Kindergarten – 6th grade) ends tomorrow! Please be sure all completed reading logs have been submitted to Mrs. Carpenter by tomorrow.

St. Jude Math-a-Thon Congratulations!
We are thrilled to announce that our Middle School students raised over $1,800 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital with this year’s Math-a-Thon! Mrs. LaPointe (who spearheaded the effort for us) and the rest of our school staff are extremely proud of our students for their efforts!
Prizes will be awarded to students in the weeks to come (some prizes may be mailed to student’s homes, some may come to the school depending on how the student registered).
Congratulations to our SJS Middle School Students on a job well done!
There is Still Time to Register For The Foundation Golf Event
The 25th Annual Saint James School Foundation Golf Classic & Dinner which will be held on Wednesday, May 8th at Manchester Country Club.
The Saint James School Foundation is a privately run endowment fund providing over $100,000 each year to Saint James School in support of our financial aid program, ongoing technology upgrades, and our school’s Margin of Excellence programs. Last year, the foundation donated over $150,000 to Saint James School! Each year, the Foundation holds a golf tournament and dinner in support of their mission.
This annual event is a lot of fun with a great mixture of current SJS parents, former SJS parents, and SJS alumni. You can sign up as a foursome, a single, or just come for the dinner! Sponsorship and registration information can be found HERE.
