Announcing the Friendzy Program

Please review the following letter from Mrs. Zorger regarding a new program we are implementing at SJS.  The program will run October through May and each new month will have a specific theme (similar to our Virtue of the Month program from the past few years), tying in important social-emotional development concepts.  For the month of October, the theme is “We Need Each Other.”

Reminder: Picture Day is Monday

Individual Pictures will be taken on Monday, September 21st  For students in grades K-8, this is considered a DRESS DOWN (or “Dress Up”) Day, where students will come to school in whatever you want their picture taken in.  They will wear that attire for the entire school day.  Please note all student attire must adhere to the Dress Down guidelines on page 10 of the 2020-2021 Parent Student Handbook.

Picture information forms have already been sent home with students.  Please set up your order ONLINE  by going to mylifetouch.com and entering our school ID: EVTNDG6KN.

There will not be “Class Pictures” taken this year due to social distancing guidelines.  Instead, class pictures will be a compilation of individual portraits.

A separate email was sent yesterday (Wednesday) to our Remote Learner families with a sign-up form for pictures.  If you did not receive it, please reach out to aguenther@saintjamesschool.net.
