Congratulations to the SJS Cross Country team on their stellar performance at yesterday’s meet vs. Sedgwick Middle School and St. Timothy. The girls won the meet with Isabelle B. taking 1st place followed by Elizabeth M. (4th), Ally A. (5th), and Lindsay O (6th).  The boys were led by 8th grader Ryan L. who finished in 5th place overall followed by Dominic C. and Nathan K.

A huge thank you to all our guests who visited Saint James School during Grandparents’ and Special Persons’ day on Tuesday.  After a short performance by the band and various classes, guests visited the classrooms of their SJS students where they participated in fun activities.  Below are some pictures we took throughout the morning.

Girls Varsity Basketball tryouts will take place next Monday and Wednesday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.  Please remember, a completed health form is required in order to participate.  A Girls Basketball parents meeting for all parents of players in 4th grade through 8th grade will be held on Tuesday, October 28th at 6pm in the Cafeteria.

JV Girls basketball tryouts will take place for 4th – 6th graders on Monday 10/27 and Wednesday 10/29 from 2:00-4:00pm in the gym. It is mandatory that one tryout be attended, however both dates are preferred.

A completed sports form is required to tryout and must be submitted to the office by October 24th. Please be prompt in picking up your daughter. You must come into the gym to pick them up.
