Below are some pictures from the 3rd grade field trip to the Mashantucket Pequot Museum this past Friday.  Thank you to Mrs. Italia for sending in the pictures.

The HSA is running a fundraiser involving Dave & Busters “power cards.”  Power cards are used to pay for games played at any Dave & Busters location.  Purchase some for yourself, for your friends, as gifts, and sell them to everyone you know!  The school will receive 50% of the sales, making this is a great and easy way to raise money for our school.

Order forms were sent home a few weeks ago.  Additional forms are available in the main office.  Simply fill out the order form, and return the form and money (checks payable to St. James School) by Friday, May 29.  Power cards will be delivered within a week following the deadline.  For more information on Dave & Busters, visit their website at daveandbusters.com.

The Old State House Concert scheduled for this Friday, May 22 is canceled due to construction in the area where the band was scheduled to play.

Please note there will be NO SJS soccer practice tonight.  Also, there are no games this weekend due to the Memorial Day Holiday.

Tonight, Monday, May 18th, Rita’s in Vernon and South Windsor are both hosting a fundraiser in support of Saint James School.  A percentage of all sales between 6:00pm and 9:00pm at both locations will be donated back to SJS.  No flyer is needed.
