Saturday (1/7) at St. Paul of Kensington:
9:00am Boys JV Gold vs. Southington Catholic
10:00am Boys JV Blue vs. St. John Paul

Saturday (1/7) at Northwest Catholic:

2016 Christmas Bowl Winners

Congratulations to Mrs. Plourd’s 8th grade class for winning the 2016 Middle School Christmas Bowl volleyball tournament, which was held right before Christmas break.  Also, Congratulations to Mrs. DiBenedetto’s 5th grade class on winning the 5th grade volleyball competition.

Santa Visits SJS

Saint James School would like to extend a very special Thank You to Santa Claus for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit the school yesterday (and hand out candy canes). All the kids – from Pre-K through Grade 8 – really enjoyed his visit!!  Here are a few pictures captured on the upper floor during Santa’s visit.

Saint James School Hosts Christmas Eve Mass @ 4pm

Saint James School will host the 4:00pm mass on December 24th, Christmas Eve.  The school choir will perform in addition to SJS students serving as readers, gift bearers, and ushers.  If you are unable to attend on the 24th at 4:oopm, the full Christmas Mass schedule for Saint James Church is as follows:

SAINT JAMES CHURCH CHRISTMAS MASS SCHEDULE
Christmas Vigils – December 24 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Christmas Carols and Hymns beginning at 11:15 PM
Midnight Mass – 12:00 AM
Christmas Day – December 25 – 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM

SJS Toy Drive

A huge Thank You to all the Saint James School families who, once again, donated so generously in support of local families who need a little extra help this Christmas!!  If you are still planning to donate, please have your new, unwrapped toys in by tomorrow, December 21st.  Thank you again.

Dine-Out Tonight – Tuesday, December 20th

The Saint James School HSA is hosting a Dine-Out Night at Chipotle (48 Hale Road, Manchester) this evening (Tuesday, December 20th) from 3:30pm – 9:00pm.  Show your server the attached flyer and 50% of proceeds will be donated back to Saint James School!  As always, we thank you for your support!
