Mrs. Sabatella and Mrs. Carpenter will host another two sessions of the reading/art club after school (2:00pm – 3:13pm) on March 1^st & 15th for students in grades 1 – 3.  A permission slip will be e-mailed out shortly for these dates.

The January Aftercare Statements and 2016 Tax Statements are available for pickup today at aftercare.  Please make sure to pick up your family’s envelope from Ms. Jean as soon as possible.

Please note, several people have returned their registration paperwork without completing the backside of the registration form (which is the SJS Tuition Contract).  Your registration is not complete without this component being filled out and signed.  Please make sure you are completing/submitting all of the following:

1. The Completed Family Registration Form;
2. The Completed and signed Tuition Contract;
3. The Completed Photo Permission Form & Code Red Authorization;
4. Your $100 (per family) registration fee;

The signed Parish Affiliation form, if applicable, may be turned in separately but must be in no later than July 15th to qualify for the Catholic tuition rate.

Lastly, we are updating our files and are requiring that every student have a copy of their birth certificate on file.  If you did not provide a copy when you registered your child or are unsure if you did, please send in a copy with your registration paperwork.
