Reminder: Munson’s Fundraiser Pick-up is Monday

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Munson’s Fundraiser.  Please make note that orders will be available for pick-up in the gym this coming Monday, April 3rd from 2:00pm – 2:30pm.  For students going to aftercare that day, items will be brought down to the cafeteria after 2:15pm.

Due Monday: Christ is Risen Poster Contest

Saint James School and the Knights of Columbus Council #573 invites students to participate in this year’s “Christ is Risen” poster contest.

The contest is intended to make our youth think about the importance of the resurrection, to provide an opportunity for families to discuss the resurrection, and to provide students an opportunity through their artwork to express what they envision when they hear “Christ is Risen”.

Attached are copies of the Entry form and poster/student rules.  We are excited to see what amazing art work our students submit this year!

Mad Science Begins Tomorrow

As a reminder, for students that are registered for the Mad Science program – that beings after school tomorrow.  Please make sure your student has a note from home letting the teacher know they will be staying after for the program.

Each school year scoliosis screenings are conducted by the school nurse during scheduled gym classes for grades 5 & 7 Girls and Grade 8 Boys.  If your student falls into one of these categories and you have NOT yet returned the form to our school nurse (giving consent or declining), another copy will be coming home today.  Please check in with your student regarding this.  Thank you
