On Friday, May 30 , the HSA will host the annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon. The luncheon takes place from 12:00pm-1:00pm in the cafeteria. Please remember there is NO Hot Lunch served on this day. We are in need of volunteers to help with any of the following:
1) Prepare main dishes, sides, and desserts or to provide beverages for the luncheon
2) Cover the classrooms for the teachers while they are at the luncheon (must have background check & VIRTUS training on file with the school)
3) Donate a door prize for the luncheon raffle
Parents/grandparents are welcome to come help during the luncheon as well. If you are interested in covering the classroom for a teacher, please e-mail the teacher directly. If you are able to donate a food item, donate to the raffle, or help in any way, please email Beth Holcomb at bah.cats@cox.net.

Hot Lunch Program Important Note

Beginning June 2nd through the end of the school year, students wishing to purchase school lunch must either have enough money in their account to cover the purchase or bring cash. Please take a few moments to review your lunch account statement and make sure you are aware of the balance. Thank you.

Field Day Date Change

Important Notice Regarding Afternoon Pick-up Today
/in St. James Notices /by Saint James SchoolJust a reminder: CL&P will be digging up a small portion of the Saint James Church parking lot today and do not anticipate being finished by our 2:00pm pick-up time. Parents may park in the ST. MARY’s church parking lot (across from St. James Church) today if there is an issue with parking. Please allow yourself plenty of extra time getting into the lot and leaving to accommodate for the construction. Thank you.
