Thursday – 12:05pm dismissal. No hot lunch served, aftercare is in session. Last Day of School for Grades 1-7.

Flag Day Ceremony
/in Uncategorized /by Saint James SchoolThe Elks Lodge in Manchester will be hosting a Flag Day Ceremony and Flag Retirement on June 14th. SJS 7th grade student Ava Fiereck (along with Katelin Nimo from SBS) will read their winning Americanism Essays and a small choir of SJS & SBS students will be singing at the event.
Grade 7 Worm Dissection Lab
/in St. James Notices /by Saint James SchoolToday Saint James School 7th grade students completed a worm dissection lab as part of their Life Science studies. Prior to – and throughout the dissection – Mrs. Oei used images on the classroom Viewboard and a plastic model to help the students identify various parts of their worm including it’s brain, hearts, and digestive system.

Sunscreen at School

1) Students under 6 years of age may not apply sunscreen while at school.
2) Students over the age of 6 must have written permission to apply sunscreen while at school (an email to the child’s teacher is sufficient).
