You can also go into your FACTS Family Portal and follow the links on the right side under Apply/Enroll, then select Enrollment/Reenrollment.
If you have any issues with registering your returning student for Fall 2025, please reach out to us before Friday. Applications for siblings looking to join SJS in the Fall must also be completed by 2/21 for planning purposes.

*The 2025-2026 Parish Affiliation Form should NOT hold up your registration. The form may be submitted at a later date, but must be received by June 30, 2025. As a reminder, parishioners of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish may send their form to the SJS Main Office without the Pastor’s signature and we will submit it to the parish office for you. Please remember you must submit a new form to SJS each year to receive the Catholic tuition rate.
SJS 2025 Gala & Auction

Our school’s annual (adults-only) Gala & Auction Fundraiser is always a BLAST so be sure to get your RSVP in early since space is limited!! Invitations are being sent home TODAY with students. If you would like to donate an item to the Auction portion of this year’s Gala, please reach out to Patricia McCarthy at HSA@saintjamesschool.net OR send a copy of the completed Gala Auction Donation Form to the main office. If you or someone you know would like to advertise their business (or send well wishes to your child’s class, etc.) advertising and sponsorship information can be found here: Gala Sponsorship Form.
Hard copies of the Gala Donation and Sponsorship Forms will also be available in the SJS main office.
* CLASS BASKETS *
In the next week or so, we will begin collecting items for the 2025 Class Baskets, which will be raffled off as part of our Gala. If you are not familiar with this portion of the Gala, feel free to click HERE to see the amazing baskets we were able to raffle off last year. Classroom parents will be reaching out shortly with details for your child’s grade.

Come Cheer on the Sabers

Both teams will play at Saint Bridget School (74 Main Street, Manchester). The boys play at 6:00pm (vs. SBS) and the girls play at 7:15pm (vs. St. Tims).

SJS 2025 Summer Program
/in St. James Notices /by Saint James SchoolSaint James School is excited to announce the return of our super-fun, 6-week Summer Program!
Mrs. Nunes (SJS Grade 2 teacher) will be serving as this year’s Summer Program Director! The remaining program staff will be comprised of Saint James School teachers, teacher aides, and aftercare team members.
Our Summer Program is open to any student who is registered for Saint James School’s Pre-K4 through 4th Grade for Fall 2025. Returning SJS students will receive priority registration until Friday, March 14th. After that time, we will open enrollment to new students joining our school for Fall 2025. Space in each week is limited.

SJS Soccer Registration
/in Uncategorized /by Saint James SchoolIt’s time to sign up for the SJS 2025 Soccer Season! Students in grades 3 – 8 are eligible to participate and no previous soccer experience is required.
If your child is interested in playing soccer for SJS this year, please complete the form on page 2 and submit it with the appropriate activity fee to the SJS main office by Wednesday, March 5th. After that time, we cannot guarantee a spot on a team.

Parent volunteers are needed to coach and assist with the teams (no experience needed). We cannot run this program without your help! If you have any questions about coaching or are able to help, please contact Mr. Green at cgreen@saintjamesschool.net.
Please note that students will need the 2024-2025 Athletics Health Permission Form completed and signed by their doctor in order to participate.** If we already have this on file from another sport (basketball, cheer, or cross country) you do NOT need to submit a new copy.
**If you experience a delay in receiving the athletics health form from the pediatrician by the deadline, please submit the Soccer sign-up form and payment by March 5th, even if the health form is not yet complete. The health form can be submitted later.
