Congratulations to our winners of the Virtue of Kindness Award, given out at Rosary today. We have also enjoyed reading and displaying all the Kindness At Home slips that were sent in. First graders also completed many “Random Acts of Kindness” – 122 to be exact! – each of which was written down on a piece of paper and made into a chain (picture below).
The next Virtue we will be discussing as part of our religion studies in Generosity. Generosity does not just mean monetary donations, but being generous with our time and courtesy of others.
“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” Hebrews 13:16
