Students and staff who have any symptoms of respiratory illness should not come to school if:
* they have a temperature of 100+ degrees or feel feverish, and
* they live with someone (or have had a known exposure to someone) who tested positive for Covid within the last two weeks
Individuals should not return to school until they have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of medication and have provided a negative Covid test to the nurse.
Please contact the nurse for guidance before returning to school.
Students and staff that have mild respiratory illness symptoms (congestion, infrequent cough, runny nose, sore throat, etc.) may continue to come to school at the nurse’s discretion as long as they have a negative Covid test and:
* they are fever-free (less than 100 degrees) and they feel well enough to participate
* they do not live with someone (or have had a known exposure to someone) who tested positive for Covid within the last two weeks
Please contact the nurse for guidance before returning to school.
Covid Exposures
