Mrs. Carpenter, our Saint James School Librarian, is kicking off the Fall Into Reading contest this week for Kindergarten – 5th grade students.  For every book a student reads during the contest period, they should fill out a paper leaf which will be put into the “leaf bag” for their grade.  The grade with the most leaves in their leaf bag at the end of the contest period – October 21 – will win a dress down day.  A copy of the letter the students are receiving during their library period may be found below:
