Congratulations to the SJS girls’ and boys’ teams on both taking 1st place at yesterday’s cross country meet against Illing (Manchester) and Sage Park (Berlin).

For the boys, Evan Ansaldi took 1st overall, followed by Erik Ansaldi in 3rd place, Henry Peeler in 6th place, and Alejandro Oyewole in 9th place.

Scoring points for the girls was Maya Fisher in 2nd place, Shea Boyle in 4th place, Sarah Christina in 5th place, Sammy Creamer in 6th place, and Cora Tierney in 12 place.

The Cross Country Team will practice tomorrow (Wednesday) after school and compete in the Harry Geraghty Invitational at Nevers Park in South Windsor this Saturday.
