Boys Varsity Gold

Boys Varsity Gold  traveled to St. Paul in Kensington last evening, bringing home a 23 point victory.   Evan A. and Ale O. led the way for the Sabers from the scoring front. Associate Head Coach Keith Levin commented, “It was great team defensive effort and winning the battle of the backboard was an important part of the victory.”  This win brings the Varsity Gold Boys record to 2 wins and 1 loss on the Season. Boys are back on court Sunday for practice at 1 pm preparing for a busy December game schedule.

Girls Varsity

The Saint James School Girls Varsity team lost to St. Paul  in a close 34-30 game last evening. The game went back and forth highlighted by intense physical play and unfortunately plenty of fouls.  Sammy C. led Saint James with 11 points followed by Charlotte, Bella, and Alyssa with 4 each. Alyssa grabbed 15 rebounds. Sarah had 3 steals to go with 3 blocked shots.  The Varsity Girls will be back in the gym Monday evening for practice.
