Today Saint James School K-8 students and staff observed Ash Wednesday.  Our 6th grade students attended a prayer service at Saint James Church led by Father Jaime and Deacon Larocque, with readings by SJS 6th grader, Elinor Poth.   All other grades watched the service live through the classroom view-boards.  Father Marcin, Father Janusz, and Mrs. Nadaskay all distributed ashes to students in the classrooms.

As a reminder,  Saint Bartholomew Church will have Mass with distribution of ashes this evening at 7:00pm.
