Middle School STREAM classes began the year by finding their “sparks.”  A spark is a thing (or two) that excites you, gives you energy, and motivates you to be your best self.  Each student spent time thinking about their interests and strengths and used those answers to pinpoint their unique spark. Throughout the year, students will see how they can apply their spark to various STREAM projects in class, and even beyond.  Knowing your spark can help you see how to best use your talents to benefit the community and guide you in the direction of career choices.  It is also a great way to get to know yourself better and take pride in what you are good at.  Here are some of our 6th & 7th graders showing their spark cards.
