On Friday you should have received your Mixed Bag Designs Catalog. We hope you have had a chance to check it out and review the attached letter for all the details.
Here are a few additional details we would like to make you aware of:
- when completing the order form, please make sure to fill in the top portion with participant name, phone number, e-mail, and teacher. Don’t worry about Fundraiser ID#.
- All orders are due on October 12th.
- Please make checks payable to “St. James School HSA.” One check for the entire order would be great, but if you prefer to enclose checks and cash received from those who are purchasing, that will work too.
- We are not required to charge sales tax so you may ignore that part.
- Please double check math to make sure amount equals total collected to expedite processing for our volunteers.
