Extended Day billing statements for the month of October are now available. If you utilize the extended day program, please make sure you grab yours from Ms. Jean after school today or next time you use the program.
Boys & Girls Basketball Notices
Boys

Mr. Pelletier’s 4th & 5th grade boys basketball players will practice tonight from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the school gym. Both teams will practice at their respective times tomorrow morning.
There is NO JV Boys practice tonight, the first practice will be Tuesday evening at 4:30pm.
Boys Varsity Blue and Boys Varsity Gold will practice on Sunday afternoon.
Girls
Coach Sarpu will host a basketball practice at 5:00pm on MONDAY (11/5) for all 7th & 8th grade girls who have signed up to play. Coach Sarpu will also have a meeting for the parents of these players at 6:30pm, directly following practice.
There will be practice for the 4th – 6th grade girls (JV) Monday (11/5) and Wednesday (11/7) from 4:15pm – 5:30pm in our gym.
Prospective Family Open House: November 6th
Saint James School will host a Prospective Family Open House Event for our K – 8th grade program this coming Tuesday, November 6th at 8:30am.

Cross Country Practice For State Competition Runners
Practice is at SJS today, not Wickham. (The HS State Meet was rescheduled from Friday to today. Therefore we cannot get on the course.) Please pick up at SJS at the normal time.
Regarding Saturday’s MS XC meet at Wickham Park:
Race times are as follows:
Girls A race – 12:15pm
Boys A race – 12:45pm
Please arrive at the park by 10:30.
It will be cold and wet. Runners should dress in layers with plenty of extra clothing, hats, gloves, and jackets.
Final Call: Celebration to Honor Veterans
Our annual Veterans’ Day Celebration will be held on November 12th. The attached Veterans’ Celebration Form was recently sent home with students. Please take a few moments to read through and encourage any members of your family who have served (or are currently serving) our country to attend. The event will be held in our school gym from 9:00am – 10:00am. Please RSVP by tomorrow.

Box Tops Winner
Congratulations to our sixth grade on winning the October Box Tops contest with 754 Box Tops submitted! The students counted 4,247 total Box Tops yesterday so a huge thank you to everyone who sent them in! (1,239 Box Tops were collected over the past several months from Saint James Church).

Using CHET for Tuition
To anyone wishing to link a CHET account to FACTS for their tuition payments: The first step in the process is to contact your CHET account administrator and ask if they allow third party withdrawals. If they do, then ask them the procedure for doing this. If they don’t then you will have to withdraw the funds from your CHET account and place them in a checking or savings account for FACTS to withdraw your payments, if it is the same account that you are using now to make your tuition payments, you do not need to do anything else. If you are going to use a new account, you will need to log into your FACTS account and add the new account information for FACTS to use. If you wish to pay the entire amount owed on your tuition you may do so by sending me an email with the date you wish the funds to be withdrawn.
