Interested students will be making special Brian Bags (see picture), which will be filled with personal care items and snacks, and will be handed out to people in need in the community.
Interested students must be available to meet after school until 3:45pm on the following dates:
Pick-up will take place at the Saint James Church Hall and service hour credit will be provided for participating 7th and 8th grade students.
If your child (grade 5 – 8) is interested in helping, please complete the permission slip below and return it to the SJS main office by this Friday, March 6th.
The committee will also would gladly accept donations of sturdy material to make the bags, e.g., denims, corduroy, canvas, etc. and if any SJS parents are available to help on Tuesday afternoons, the extra hands would be most welcome!
