Saint James School may utilize the FACTS Parent Alert System to send communications via Text, Email, and/or Voice Message for all types of events.  Families opt in to alerts when setting up their FACTS Family Portal by selecting “Receive Communication.”

Consent to Receive Messages from Our School:

By subscribing to Saint James School’s Parent Alert SMS Notifications, you are agreeing to receive recurring messages at the phone number/email provided. Messages may provide notifications about school events, school delays/closures, or emergency situations. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act we must provide all recipients the option to Opt Out of receiving alerts.  Anytime we send out a text or other alert, you will see “Stop to End.” If you reply “Stop” you will no longer receive our alerts, regardless if we select you as a recipient.

Text alerts from our school will begin with SBSJ-CT, calls will show from 860-643-5088, and email alerts sent via this system will show noreply@pikmykid.com as the “from” email address.  Please be assured these alerts are from the school and are not spam.
