As part of their science lessons, last week Saint James School 1st graders celebrated Johnny Appleseed’s birthday with fun apple-themed books, crafts, projects, and writings.  On Friday, our first graders made applesauce, tasted different apples and charted the results, and learned all about the different parts of an apple.  Thank you to our 1st grade teachers for the cute pics!
